Objectives of the Course |
The aim of this course is to give the students knowledge about the preparation of microbiological analyses, taking samples by using aseptic technics, culture samples and examining microorganisms with microscopy. |

Course Contents |
In this course taken microbiological samples by using aseptic technics, preparation of microbiological samples for microbiological analyses, purifying pure cultures, examining microorganisms by using microscopy will be explained. |
