Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to give the students knowledge about the preparation of microbiological analyses, taking samples by using aseptic technics, culture samples and examining microorganisms with microscopy.

Course Contents
In this course taken microbiological samples by using aseptic technics, preparation of microbiological samples for microbiological analyses, purifying pure cultures, examining microorganisms by using microscopy will be explained.
